How treatment works

Three stages, in this order

The clinic's stated approach is to identify and treat the root cause rather than the symptom, and to get you doing the work rather than only receiving it.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

The appointment starts with assessment and a clear diagnosis, plus an explanation of what is actually going on, so you understand the cause of your symptoms rather than just the name of them.

  2. 02

    Treat

Hands-on manual therapy for the acute stage, to manage symptoms and bring the pain down far enough that you can start working properly.

  3. 03

    Rebuild

Active rehabilitation, with partnerships at fully equipped local gyms, because the clinic's position is that active rehab produces better long-term results than passive treatment on its own.

I thought I would have to give up my sport due to persistent and ongoing injuries. I went to Tori and couldn't believe the difference she has made. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and with a combination of diagnosis, advice and treatment she has given me my confidence back and allowed me to keep playing without fear of injury.

I went to see her with a calf injury and she provided, ultrasound, massage and a varied exercise regime. Three sessions in, my leg feels great, Tori has provided a progressive running plan and I have been discharged. Not my typical Physio experience.
